Pre-registration Form

NOTE: Pre-registration is required for entry into the Atenveldt Kingdom Arts & Sciences Competition. It allows the A&S Staff to select judges in advance, to prepare the necessary judging forms, and to have a notion of how to best utilize the site in advance of the Competition itself. For those submitting complete pre-registration information, all of the judging forms will be prepared in advance for pickup at the registration table at the Competition! Full contact info will allow the Staff to reach you if you have left any of your items or materials at the event. All information will be kept confidential.
