A&S Competition Pre-registration Form Instructions

1. The first section of the form is for your entrant contact info. "SCA Name" is required. Please give as much information as possible, as we may need to contact you. All information provided will remain confidential.
2. The second section contains three simple questions. Please provide answers as indicated.
3. The final eight (8) sections apply to each of your possible entries. Please provide the following info for each entry:
1. Use the drop menu to pick an appropriate Category/Subcategory for the entry. YOUTH and CHILDREN'S Division categories are at bottom of list.
2. Provide a brief description of the entry (limit 100 characters).
3. Indicate into which competition your entry is placed. If "General", you must also provide Division and Group Entry info (steps 3.d and 3.e). Here, "Champion" only refers to the Kingdom A&S Champion competition, not to the Youth A&S Champion. If you are entering for Kingdom A&S Champion, five (5) of your entries must be so designated.
4. If entry is placed into the General Competition, indicate into which Division the entry should be placed. "Novice" is limited (see rule III.3.b).
5. If entry is a Group Entry (see rule III.7), please so indicate, and list SCA names of other group members in the "Group Additional Names" field.
4. When info for all of your entries has been entered, please double check the information!
5. Press the "SUBMIT" button at the bottom of the form to save your pre-registration.
